How It Works
Personal coaching works because you focus on you, not just the
goals that you aspire to. Indeed, you may not necessarily be clear
on what you really want from your life at the beginning. We all
have within us everything we need to be the best we can - creative
and powerful managers of our lives. But we often limit ourselves
without realising it by thinking and acting in a way that does not
serve us. Through coaching, we become aware of these patterns and
this understanding makes it easier to let go of what is not working.
You have a collaborative partner in me as your coach to explore
and create change in your life.
We will normally work to two sessions per month (each session
lasting an hour). Some clients prefer weekly sessions, however,
I have found that fortnightly sessions generally allow clients
time to benefit fully from what has been covered. The sessions
can be either over the phone or face to face.
